Uploaded Nasty, Brutish & Short v1.1 after a purchaser pointed out that the info on how to determine whether your character died, "survived but..." or "survived and..." was missing.
It's there now. Sorry to anyone frustrated or inconvenienced by this glaring omission.
This is why I don't make print books, folks.
